Drinking fountains at Cebu Mactan Airport

The Mactan Cebu International Airport (MCIA) opened its new international terminal last June 7, 2018. This is due to the increasing number of passengers flying in and out of Cebu. Along with their efforts to improve passenger experience and reduce plastic waste, MCIA partnered with Kooler Industries to install multiple drinking fountains in key locations around the terminal.

The drinking fountains installed are customized to suit passengers in wheelchairs and also have provisions making it easy for passengers to refill their own water bottle, lessening the need for single use plastic water bottles. Let’s be Kooler!
